Dear CyberLab colleagues,


Here is the travel information regarding the CyberLab project meeting in Luleå the 11th of June;

Take the flight from Stockholm to Luleå (Kallax airport) and then the taxi from the airport to the hotel "Elite Stadshotellet, Luleå". It is pproximately 15 minutes with taxi between the airport and the hotel that is situated in the centre of Luleå. You can book an "Airport taxi/Flygtaxi" in advance  and then the taxi is waiting for you outside the airport. It can be cheaper then an ordinary taxi but then you will share it with other people. Luleå University of Technology has a special price at the hotel  "Elite Stadshotellet, Luleå" (55 euro, (half the ordinary price)) and we will reserve the hotel rooms in advance and you can pay the room yourself at the hotel.


It is important that you AS SOON AS POSSIBLE inform me ;


  • if you will attend the meeting,

  • what day and time you will arrive to the hotel

  • what day you will leave the hotel.


The meeting will be held at Luleå University of Technology, house E (the black house), entrance E7, room E130.

It is 4,5 km between the hotel and the University. The easiest way is to take a taxi to the University
but you can also take the bus.

I attach some maps over Luleå and the University and I will send you the agenda before the meeting.
